Room 1This room is furnished. It is a sunny, large room, on the ground floor, measuring 4.5m x 4.7m. It is quiet room, ideal for sleeping or studying, with fabulous original NZ kauri polished floor boards and easy access to the sunny yard at the back of the house.
Room 2
A very large room, 6.5 m x 4.5m, which stretches across the whole of the front of the house available now. It has fabulous original NZ kauri polished floorboards, 120 yr old hand painted windows, ornate ceilings and a large private balcony, 6.5m x 1.5m, which looks right over Glebe Point Road. Watch Glebe go by from your own special space! This room will sleep 2 or more people really easily.
Room 3
A cute, furnished attic room which is light and bright and looks right over the back of the city. It has a new single bed, and mattress, a chest of drawers, a coffee table and a cane casual chair. The room measures 4m x 3m.
All rooms have mini kitchens with sinks, cook tops and microwaves.
