For example, room 6 (our most expensive room) costs
AUD $355.00 a week for one month, AUD $295.00 per week for 2 months and AUD $245.00 per week for 3 months or longer.
Room 1 (a typical room) lets for AUD $295.00 per week for one month, AUD $255.00 per week for 2 months, and AUD $205.00 per week for 3 months or more. Room 8 (our cheapest room) lets for $240.00 per week for 1 month, AUD $200.00 per week for 2 months, $185.00 per week 1 for month.
There an additional flat charge of AUD $30.00 per week for sharing
and a minimum stay of one month.
We think these are the shortest term leases available for bedsitter type accommodation in the area. Subject to availability, and at least 3 weeks notice, leases can usually be extended.
