It is best get in touch with Joy for a quote. Rates vary from room to room, with slightly different prices for different rooms.

For example, room 6 (our most expensive room) costs
AUD $245.00 per week for 3 months or longer. Room 1 (a typical room) lets for AUD $205.00 per week for 3 months or more. Room 8 (our cheapest room) lets for $185.00 per week for 3 months or more.

There an additional flat charge of AUD $30.00 per week for sharing and a minimum stay of 3 months.

We think these are the shortest term leases available for bedsitter type accommodation in the area. Subject to availability, and at least 3 weeks notice, leases can usually be extended.
